A church in Seattle, WA has made a tiny house village. Many of them are basic with electricity and basic heat and hair and maybe a sleeping area. The houses were made affordable for under $2,500. Man other major cities around the country could easily do this for their homeless population.
For many of the homeless this could be a good way to get them back into the working population. In fact this idea is not a new concept. Many places in the north have work camps were people live for weeks at a time then return home. Many of those places are around oil rigs, mines and various other places. At the turn of the century, there were poor houses where people could learn new skills and trades and gain employment.
This could possibly be a good investment.
